The client is a provider of limousine taxi services in the US. The requirement was to build a complete taxi reservation and service fulfillment system to consolidate bookings, along with providing rate quotes and services information online.

Baryons created a portal was built over a Content Management System to allow easy modification of content and information. An on-line quote feature was provided to give rate quotes for the taxi rides, and a booking and fulfillment workflow was provided to consolidate bookings and fulfill them. End users could maintain their profiles and accounts over the website and view their booking history, receipts and current reservations.
