In his previous roles he has worked with Accenture, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services, managing large accounts and delivering business critical services to Fortune 500 organizations.

He has over 17+ years of global delivery experience in building strong relationships with multiple enterprise clients in the US, Europe and APAC. In this role he is focused towards establishment of engineering delivery processes, solutions building strategy, customer relationship management & customer success strategies.

Pranav is excited about the experience of starting and growing Baryons Software Solutions, an IT organization from scratch and he’s loving every bit of the journey & looking forward to a longer and eventful way ahead

He has extensive experience in various industries including Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing and Media & Entertainment Brij leads the Delivery and Pre-Sales teams at Baryons which encompasses Delivery management, Technology consulting, Product development, outsourcing, turnkey program management, Assessment & Transition for on-site and global blended delivery models. Before Baryons, Brij worked in software development at Accenture Services, HCL Perot Systems and Polaris Labs. He is a certified PMP and Master in Computer Application from Utkal University. In his spare time, he does cycling, swimming and spends time with his 2 kids.
