The portal allows Dell to conduct mystery audits for its stores within a weekly span. The project went live on March 16, 2016 and the first successful audit was conducted by Dell for 600+ stores across India.

We provided both email and phone support between 09:00 AM to 07:00 PM on all weekdays. The team handled queries via 80 emails and 440 calls regarding the processes, especially for the geo-tracking feature of the application.

The customer contact, a senior manager from Dell, appreciated the effort and dedication displayed by Ullas Varma, Venkatesh L.A, Abhishek Krishna, Kumar Aditya, and Rinki Singh. This talks volumes about Baryons’ motto, “Customer success is everything”.
