In a nut-shell, Baryons L&D helps aspiring programmers to stand out from the crowd by focusing on:
- The Hands-on Approach, rather than only the Theory and Concepts
- Utmost importance on completing Case Studies, rather than only on the Assignments
- Course completion achievement depends mainly upon the completion of Major and Minor Projects, independent of Assignments and Quizzes.
- The Program aims at imparting the Analysis, Design, Build, Testing and the Release Management Skills by leveraging the Processes and Methodologies @ Baryons
Baryons L&D Offerings
Baryons L&D offers two distinct programs which have been customized, keeping two different audiences in mind:
The Aspiring Developers Program (ADP): A course to train aspiring software engineers, spread over a three-year course period. It is aimed at fresher programmers, with the aim of making them industry-ready by the time they finish the course
The Programmers Training Program (PTP): A course that provides additional training and skills to the experienced programmers that is spread over a three-month course period. It is aimed at experienced programmers who wish to upgrade their skills and knowledge keeping in mind the Industry trends
